We consistently hear from speakers wishing to work in the Millennial Generation market. We review applicants on a continuous basis throughout the calendar year. All speakers seeking representation from Project NextGen are invited to complete the Application (attached PDF).

A Few Things to Consider:
- All speakers are required to pay a one time fee - $595 for new speakers (less than 2 years speaking experience) or $495 for Intermediate/Advanced speakers to be paid to Your Personal Coach LLC upon acceptance (payments can be made with Mastercard/Visa/Discover or Personal Check). This is a one-time, lifetime membership. There are no annual dues or renewal fees.
- New speakers are required to attend two trainings (the New Speaker training & Millennial Training) while advanced/intermediate speakers are required to attend the Millennial training only. Applications will not be considered complete until payment is received. This fee covers administrative costs of start-up marketing, contracts, website design, business cards, training workshop(s) and legal work. Although some special exceptions have been made, a speaker unwilling to make this initial investment should not apply.
- All speakers are required to attend a speaker training session, typically held in Livingston, NJ. Training is included with one time fee - New Speaker Training [new speakers ONLY] and Millennials Training)
- We realize you probably have questions about our financial policies, commission levels, and other internal procedures. We will do an initial review, and then if we are interested in continuing conversations, we will happily review all of this with you.
